Our passion is to make structures work better.  We design and construct.  We are committed to creating intelligent, comfortable, and highly functional spaces. 

Our company creates superlative structures, spaces & homes in 2 ways:

1. We work with clients.  We help bring our clients’ ideas to fruition by listening to their desires and creating an inspired yet attainable plan.
2. We buy houses, perform major reconstructive surgery on them, and sell them.  These are not “fix and flip” houses.  These are methodically and thoroughly overhauled properties.  We change the floorplans, the exterior spaces, anything and everything that maximizes a property’s potential.
