Paul MacCarty

Before transitioning to construction post-pandemic, Paul worked as a video editor and motion graphics artist in his home state of Massachusetts. He hoped to use his analytical and creative problem-solving skills in a new way, helping to make structures more functional and supportive as families grew with their homes. Paul recently earned his MA in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Project Management from the University of Denver. Outside of work, he loves spending quality time with his wife and their two dogs, skiing, and reading.
